Schedule Your Consultation
If you are ready to bring peace and structure to your baby's sleep, you can schedule a consultation below.
Before we meet, I'll review your baby's sleep patterns so we can make the most of our time together.
Newborn Sleep Support (0-12 weeks)
Gentle, responsive guidance to help you and your newborn find your rhythm.
The newborn stage can feel both beautiful and challenging, especially when sleep is unpredictable.
This package is designed to support you during those early weeks with gentle, developmentally appropriate guidance. Rather than focusing on rigid schedules or sleep training, we’ll work together to build healthy foundations for your baby’s sleep.
We’ll look at your baby’s natural rhythms, feeding patterns, and daily flow, making small, meaningful adjustments that support better rest for both you and your baby.
You’ll be supported with
-Understanding your baby’s natural sleep patterns
-Gentle, effective soothing techniques
-Guidance on routines and what to expect over the next few weeks
My job is to help you feel more at ease as you adjust to life with your new baby
Best for babies 0-12 weeks.

Infant Sleep Support
(4-18 months)
A clear, steady path toward better sleep for your baby and your family
As babies grow, sleep often become more structured, but it can also become more challenging. Frequent night waking, short naps, and difficulty settling are all common during this stage.
This package is designed to help you move from inconsistent sleep to a more predictable and restful routine.
We'll take a close look at your baby's schedule, sleep environment, and current habits. From there I create a clear and developmentally appropriate plan tailored to your family.
Depending on your baby's age and needs, this may include a more structured, graduated approach to sleep, yet always guided with consistency and care.
My goal is to help you feel confident and supported as you help your little one sleep better.
Best for babies 4-18 months of age
Includes 2 weeks of ongoing support

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you work with?
I primarily work with newborn and infants, from birth through about 18 months. This is where the bulk of my experience and expertise lie. This is the stage where sleep habits are forming, so it's the best time to build a strong, lasting foundation.
What if I'm not comfortable with a lot of crying?
This is a very common concern and one we will talk through together. Every family has a different level of comfort when it comes to crying - One is not "better", just different.
With newborns, we are not "sleep training", but rather gently shaping their sleep. I do not believe in pushing through newborn tears.
As babies grow and become more aware, develop cognitively, and form habits, it is very likely that even with the gentlest methods, there may be some protest as their sleep structure begins to change. What matters is how you respond.
During our call we will decide the best place to start based on your baby's age, temperament, and your comfort level.
What happens after I submit my intake form?
Once you submit your intake form, I carefully review the information provided so I have a clear understanding of your baby's sleep and what you've been experiencing.

From there, I'll reach out with next steps and available times for your consultation. This allows me to come prepared and make the most of our time together.
What happens during our consultation?
After our phone call, I take all of the information I have gathered about your situation and craft a plan specifically for you.
Your plan may include adjustments to your baby's schedule, age appropriate wake windows, a consistent bedtime routine, and a clear plan on how to approach bedtime and overnight wakings.

You won't be left to do this on your own. I stay involved as you begin implementing the plan, so you feel supported and confident as things start to shift.
When will I receive my plan?
You will receive your personalized plan shortly after our consultation. I take the time to thoughtfully put everything together so it reflects your baby's specific needs and your goals.
How quickly will I see results?
Most families begin to see things start to shift within the first few days as changes are put into place. The beginning is often the hardest part, as your baby adjusts to something new.

By the end of the first week, many families see a noticeable difference. From there, things continue to improve with consistency.
What if things don't go as planned?
Every infant is different, and it's normal for things to need adjusting along the way.

If something isn't working as expected, we alter the approach based on how your baby is responding. You won't be left in the dark wondering "what do I now?". I will be there guiding you throughout the entire process.

In the rare case that we've worked through the plan fully and are not seeing meaningful progress, a partial refund may be considered.
We'll take this one step at a time
